- Height and weight

- Your heart age

An MOT Health Check is a free check-up to see how healthy your body is.
It helps find early signs of:
- Heart disease
- Stroke
- Type 2 diabetes
- Kidney problems
The check takes about 30 minutes and is for people aged 18 years +
It can help you stay healthy for longer.
